UC didn't re-issue options and warrants to insiders, where do you get this stupid comment from. The company from what I can see extended warrants one year that were about to expire for holders of a private placement that no insiders participated in or this would have been divulged both in the news release and at Sedi.

But it amounts to the same thing....special treatment of a select group to the detriment of the general shareholder.
