BB I can understand that we are all anxious to see the mill at commercial production.
Having visited La Yeska, seen the mill and tailings pile, met some of the locals, the managers and staff I have a feel for what Jim is up against in getting this mill going.
Some things we need to keep in perspective are:
The remote location of the mill.
This is Mexico not Canada. Mexicans (in this area anyway) have a different work ethic.
This mill had been shut down for a long time and equipment gets rusty. This is an open air operation and the equipment is exposed to the ellements. This is not like Vale where everything is climate controlled.
Soon you will see that Jim has made some personnel changes that will go a long way to correcting some of the problems at La Yeska.
In any event the mill is operating and producing Dore. We should have expected that it will take a while to iron out all of the wrinkles...that is why they call it commissioning.
