I noticed a report to Institutions on Agora stating exactly why there's been problems. Each bore hole doesnt have a guarantee attached to it, that's the nature of mining, if they have a miss they have to redrill.

They have started an extensive drilling in Canada though, and Jim is down in Mexicao last I heard sorting out problems.
