There does seem to be two big balls in the air, Mexico and ROF, that have not much in common. Given Jim's other commit to FMG, maybe his time better spent down south?

Spin out would give the faithful the choice of which camp to lean towards.

Not in any rush anyway, and have faith Jimbo will do the right thing anyway, as he knows a tad more than I about these issues.
