will they issue more shares and then do a reverse split while saying "ALL IS WELL"? The reason I ask is that I have never seen a press release from a company announcing a reverse split while being negative about it. In fact they announce them in a positive light like they are good for the company. If UC did not have the funds to pay a $26,480 debt off, I am worried about their ability to close the 55% JV. Is anyone else worried about a reverse split? I would welcome any assurance that this will not happen. Thank you.
