My recollection is that UC has traditionally submitted their claim to $$$ buy-in on the JV to SPQ & KWG in March. [I think SPQ still exists as a private company 100% owned by CLF with Novac still in charge (kind-of)]. The numbers are then audited & verified with the announcement made in June.

Given that CLF owns 100% of SPQ and 19.3% of KWG the ownership breakdown will then be 55% UC, 26.8% CLF & 18.2% KWG.

News of intent continues to roll off the lips of CLF and the various governments involved, plus the FN's and every special interest group impacted are getting their voices heard too.

Copper continues to increase in value. The assays on the holes we drilled and the VTEM's will be interpretted by June.

Anyone want to venture whether there will be any attention and value attributed to this JV and UC's SP in 2011?
