There was a ton of banter here about how much time and effort Jim was putting into the mill and the trips and the lack of sleep etc.. and now he is also the CEO of First Mexican Gold.

Can you please ask him how he plans on splitting his time and whether UC will suffer becuase of his new responsibilities? I am assuming that First Gold and UC are not related in any way.

as a shareholder I am concerned of the lack of focus that he may have now that more balls are in the air.
