I would think you were not acting wise if you held a stock you did not think was a value at this time. To say you want to hold till you break even is not a very good reason to hold a stock. There are lots of stocks out there you could replace your UC with. You obviously have some winners in your portfolio so why lament on this one. Just move on to something you like better. There are times I wish I had done that with NOT but just could not pull the trigger. Now it is just so cheap even without blue sky I want to own it at the current price. I might even buy more to average down.

I just do not like bashing which is what you are doing. If you had discussions on how to improve or your interpretations of events that is one thing. But just to cry out about wanting to break even makes me nauseous. Jim hates dilution as much as you do. Do you have ideas how he can avoid it? Do you want him to run out of money? Do you not think he is going to solve the production challenges. Do you think he should have walked away from McFaulds? Just what do you want to change besides the selling price.

I sincerely wish you success with your investments. You are not helping them by bashing a stock you say you own.
