With the 55% earn-in already completed, they must have already spent money on survey and drilling. But we didn't discuss the progress of the airborne survey specifically.
For the Mexican government, mining means jobs and better economy. So they have a vested interest in having mines developed in the area even if it's on UC's land. In-fact the arrangements are such that UC is being paid by the Mexican government to drill on UC owned land. So the drilling around Xora currently doesn't cost UC anything.
Jim did say that his preoccupation currently is fine tuning La Yesca to find the "sweet spot" in mill operation in order to make a few "million bucks". Not sure if he meant revenue or net cash flow.
