I agree that completing the earn-in the highest priority. And if another private placement is the only option, I can see Jim having no choices but persuading this route.

However, the issues for me is the timing. As we're all anticipating good news coming regarding production at La Yesca, wouldn't it be better to initiate the private placement after the production news is released at a higher (hopefully) share price?

Jim must have a reason for initiating the private placement now rather than later. I don't quite understand what that reason would be. Anyone care to guess?
