Not necessarily true. Just look back to September's news releases.

Sept. 20,2010 -UC Resources Arranges Private Placement

Sept. 28,2010 - UC Resources Increases Financing to $525,725

Sept. 29,2010 - UC Resources Ltd. Re-Starts Production at La Yesca Mill

Oct. 5,2010 - UC Resources Ltd. Closes Private Placement

Just one example. Harte Gold Corp. would be another. Don't know where you got that idea.
