To my mind, it seems that Jim is saying that the information requested is "material", while the information given in his message is not. I see the information given as "material", but that's just me.

Since Jim is reportedly on his way to Mexico this week, I don't expect a NR until at least mid-week, NEXT week.

We'll see.

I agree that the market likes timely information, and delays, even if only "unofficially expected" news, can cause share price decay. Also nice to see news released when the underlying resource is on a tear, but of course, news releases should not be "timed" to that...not good business.
