In an unofficial email Jim is correcting someone by stating that 250 tdp is required not 200 tdp, however, in his official NR on Sept 29 Jim states 220 tdp is required. If he has changed his mind by 30 tdp should that not be communicated as material information in an NR rather than by email to someone?
