It’s hard to believe the lethargy of this SP. Fortunately, I have just returned all my summer empties (to get the car back in the garage for winter) and have a fresh bag of dimes.

Has anyone heard from Jim? Obviously he is not buying again at this price. Based on his past ‘open-market’ buying activity, this could mean two or three things.
