Message: RBC Direct

I use RBC Direct and today noticed significant irregularities with UC in the level II bids/asks which were way out of whack and not consistant with trading. I called technical support who noted it as well and said early "they noted it and would pass it on for investigation". That was this morning (in between airports!) then this afternoon I called again and reported the same thing. This time it was "there appears to be some reporting problem from the vendor, perhaps withholding". I do not know what this means but if anyone else noticed it and has a theory, please pass it along.
