UC Resources Increases Financing to $525,725

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 28, 2010) - Further to its news release in Stockwatch on Sept. 20, 2010, UC Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:UC) has increased its private placement to 4,779,773 units at 11 cents per unit for total gross proceeds of $525,775. All other terms of the placement remain the same.

UC Resources Ltd. is an active explorer of base metals in the McFaulds Lake area of the James Bay Lowlands, Ontario, and an explorer and a very near term producer of precious metals in Mexico.
