My apologies to A and Hoov and all if so. This was the information I was provided with but obviously by the wrong guy! He originally said Feb but I suggested it had to earlier he checked and said Jan. Perhaps it has to be within so many days but again I defer to Hoov and his knowledge on it and believe him.
