Hamelin (soon to be the unemployed CFO ex SPQ) is the ousted ex president of UC Resources that left one hell of a mess behind him here. Novak (the soon to be unemployed CEO ex SPQ) is the ousted ex VP of Exploration at UC. Both were axed by our BoD as Jim took control as CEO and President.

Jim has just about remediated all of their influence. I'm inclined to believe that our real estate & resource position in the RoF is in part, contractual retribution for their combined short comings during their fantasy frolic at the helm of UC

Do we have any present or future contractual ties to Hamelin or Novak at: a) any level of the UC Resources emperical structure or b) regarding our property holdings in Mexico or the RoF?
