Hope someone can help me out.

Just exiting the SPQ drama and taking a hard look at UC. In the DD stage right now.

I have been on the company site and looking for current balance sheet, financial-type information...how much debt is the company carrying? what is their cash position?

It appears that the insiders have lots of confidence...buying pretty steadily.

I would be interested in any comments, information, observations.
