I may be wrong, but I think KWG's portion of the McFaulds JV is only about 15%, if UC proceeds to 55% interest in the project. If it is mentioned in the valuation it may be difficult to get a true value for the whole property and thus determine any value towards UC's portion.

I don't see any mention of it in the NR regarding the valuation but perhaps the document to be filed on Sedar will.
