Good morning Peeps: I have often wondered why this wasn't done in one way or the other from the first, not necesarily a merger, but a sort of co-op. this would have given some form of protection. Hopefully not patterned after the EU fracaso. This would have allowed any of the co's the right to ask for permission to withdraw to accept a bid by vote of the particpating co's.
