It isn't only you and Hoov, Poly. Based to a large degree on Hoov's efforts on this one, I have loaded up pretty good. None of my DD has been encouraged by their ROF holdings, but the Mexican possibilities are exponential. Maybe this is the start of a general move up. It is sure overdue.
