Nor did you mention the huge no of junor Exploration co's that simply disappeared, while UC is just now coming into production.

Hmm, you do realize that this was one of the main reasons for the present world wide crisis ?? Now basically, that was, and still is, a sure loser for many years to come.

One could conclude that you may be right, sell your UC shares and reinvest in the real estate, just remember most countries tend to fall into lock step with the US, so it is possible that while the real estate factor hasn't been hit too hard --- yettttt.

Give the UC faithful first crack at your shares at 75 % of market price.
