Thanks for the PM BB. I will respond here to your inquiry about UC divesting of RoF property to support Mexico.

I believe that Jim was aware of the potential of the RoF game shortly after he took the reins at UC and has used the strategy of meeting exploration spending requirements to build equity in this huge land mass in James Bay. So he was doing what a lot of us were doing .. buy, hold and pray.

I am very certain that he has no interest in UC being displaced from our ownership of the property until we have the 55% and if I recall Hoov's report on this matter, we have $600K left to spend prior to early 2011.

In the interim, the tide floats all boats, and we are in the same boat as KWG & SPQ on a JV so we float accordingly.

Time is ticking away on the La Yesca schedule and I perceive the market as saying "Show me the Beef" after many misconceptions, false starts and changed facts at La Yesca. So I do not anticipate any stellar movement on the SP until the $$$ from La Yesca show up on the financial statements.
