My ramblings only.....

Not really that strange. Could be a smart investor who shorted at .16, knowing that there was some racetrack to run while they earned their JV interest. 12 month low is .06, could be investor liking the upside potential. UC must like the JV potential if they earned their 40% and now are on their way to earning 55% JV interest.

Let's hope it's the investor liking the upside potential.

We are going to have to be patient on this one. It will take time. I have done a little DD and like the risk/reward offered here.

FYI - I'm a relatively new investor here and have been patiently buying over last couple of weeks on the dips.
