So what are we waiting for?

I often get frustrated when I try to understand what UC and the band of brothers are doing up at McFaulds. It always seems to me that every news release starts with a fresh piece of paper and never follows picks up the thread of logic from previous releases. Now whether this is a shell game to keep the retail guys like me under informed & charging at windmills or if it is a classic ‘plausible deniability’ defense, I don’t know, but I think something interesting may have happened up there before NOT and CLF took a run at FWR. Suddenly everyone appears to be blockaded out until hell freezes over and NOT completes their winter drill program with supplies on hand. I for one applaud the initiative because we may get a chance to actually call to task “what happened” without the distraction new threads of hope and promise.

From my perspective there are two competing forces at war over the future of the RoF.

On one battle line I see the NOT group as every company not infiltrated by CLF cash, on the other I see the CLF puppets: FWR, KWG et al.

I am most interested in the NOT camp because that ends up being the basket where most of my eggs are lying, this includes my aging darling UC Resources.

Consider UC’s silence since November 24th and the recent release from SPQ on January 8th

UC’s 2009-10-16 News Release

JVX Geophysics Ltd. of Richmond Hill, Ontario, has recently completed Max-Min and HLEM ground geophysical surveys on the western claim block, focused on an area located 400 metres north of the hole UC-09-01 ... The geophysical survey interpretation suggests three near surface conductive anomalies as well as a deeper conductive anomaly, interpreted to be situated directly below the shallower anomalies. These anomalies have now been prioritized as drill targets. The deeper conductive anomaly is interpreted to be approximately two kilometers in width and to be in excess of ten kilometers in length.

Billiken Management Services Ltd. of Toronto, Ontario, reports that they are mobilizing a drill … to commence drilling of the first shallow anomaly over the weekend of October 17th. The intent of this drill program is to drill test the three near surface anomalies

UC’s 2009-10-26 News Release

UC Resources Ltd. would like to announce that it has entered into an Option Agreement with Noront Resources Ltd. whereby UC can earn up to a 50 percent interest in two claims (32 - 16 hectare units) contiguous to the McFaulds Eastern Property.(which UC has earned a 40% ownership via JV with SPQ & KWG). By entering into this new option agreement with Noront; UC has consolidated the Eastern Block of claims into one contiguous property …to have been proven to host potentially economic VMS-style deposits.

UC is presently conducting a drill program to drill test three near surface anomalies on the McFaulds West block, and is reviewing the recent results of the drilling completed on the McFaulds East block.

UC’s 2009-11-24 News Release

UC would also like to advise that drilling has resumed in the James Bay Lowlands and will involve a multi-hole drill program to be completed prior to the Christmas break. Drilling commenced on November 22, 2009. Assay results from the recent drill program that commenced in mid October (announced October 18, 2009) consisting of 4 holes at McFaulds West property are pending and will be released upon receipt.

So this is what I think we are waiting for from UC:

From 10/16, Assays from three holes drilled on the Western Block

From 10/26, Assays from the drilling completed on the eastern block but not reported in the 10/26 release, the 10/16 release, the 10/06 release, the August 4th release, the June 22 release.

From 11/24, Assays from four holes drilled on the western block
