Dear shareholder,

The following response was provided by management.

All items voted on in the circular were past with a wide margin.

La Yesca in Mexico is not a Mine. It's a tailings pile that we intend to re process and create enough revenue to do extensive exploration and development to replace the tailings feed with fresh rock feed from the Xora claim prospects.

Discussions are presently underway with numerous possible funding partners to put La Yesca into production. A public update will be issued upon signing of any arrangement. No one wants this project into production more than I do!

The AGM was not web cast or on phone in because of cost. Both of these options are an unnecessary expense at this time. Yours is the only request I have received for such action.

All Shareholders are important and this is the First request that I have received from Agoracom to answer these questions. Implying that you are a LARGE Shareholder has nothing to do with the way your treated. Large or small are equally important. I have a few shares myself!
