I think it means one of two things, either good or bad.

1) It's just too darn complicated to explain without a news release because there are just too many involved, technical glitches to properly cover in an email.

Or 2) There is finally good news, or bad, on this front that could potentially be a violation to deseminate without an official news release.

You would think if it was the same old, same old that they wouldn't mind regurgitating, via email, the same thing over again that we have been hearing for a couple years now with La Yesca.
