Re: UC Resources Ltd. Adopts Shareholder Rights Plan
The shareholder rights plan has been adopted to ensure the fair treatment of all shareholders with respect to any takeover bid for the common shares of the Company.
I'm very pleased they have put this in place, I believe all KEY companies in the ROF that hold lands or are in Joint Venture projects should have or adopt the same.
