Jim is a heck of a nice guy. Personable, funny, intelligent and down to earth. We finished last, but I feel like I finished first, after riding with Jim all day. What a pleasure it was to be around Jim, watching & listening to him talk passionately from the heart about the mining & exploration business.
I learned a lot about mining, the ROF and of course, UC Resources. What I expected to hear about mostly was the McFaulds property. And although Jim did talk a lot about the potential at McFaulds, clearly he was just as or more excited about the gold property in Mexico. La Yesca I believe is the one he kept referring to.
He likes what he sees at Mcfaulds and has some encouraging info. about what may be in the ground. Naturally, he's hoping for Nickel & PGMs, but that's unknown until current o/s assays are returned and more drilling is done. I got the impression that we'll know something soon.
My buddy John (on our team), was in awe of Jim's knowledge and his cheerful personality. Every time I looked around the room at dinner, Jim had a group of people around him, hanging on every word he said.
I am a fairly new shareholder with UC and intend to increase my holdings.
Thanks Jim, for a great day on the golf course. And thank you for donating the 16 golf shirts for the prize table. And get this everyone, he also paid for golf & dinner for the Elvis guy. What a nice gesture. Jim you are a class act.
