Thanks for the update. I have two follow-up questions:

1. Is the hard dollar funding and/or a joint venture partner needed to complete the upgrade to the La Yesca mill funded by the best-efforts financing previously announced with IBK Capital Corp? Or is this amount net new and in addition to what’s been previously announced?

2. Upon identification of drill target by Scott Hogg and Associates, is UC equipped and prepared to begin drilling this calendar year?
