I think you're inferring that we are paying Voisin to buy shares . That's an interesting observation , let's do the math.
So we know Voisin has bought ~ 2.1 million shares. I estimate that with all the ones he bought at a higher share price that his average is ~ 11-15 cents, so let's use 13 cents. 2,100,000 X .13 cents = $273,000.00
If you look at the last financials or just ask him as I did you will find out that he is paid $6000.00 per month ( Gross, so probably $4000.00 net ) and he has been with us for 18 months 18 X $4000.00 = $72,000.00 Net
$273,000.00 ( invested )- $72,000.00 ( earned Pay )= $201,000.00 Shortfall
So, not only is your math bad, but you're forgetting that he has a family to support as well. Please, Please feel free to show me one other CEO in the ROF that has invested 10% of the $273,000 that Voisin has invested in his own Company!!!! This is a LOT of MONEY to ANYONE!
