Yes, I think Copper and Nickel have bottomed out.
Copper was hanging around the $1.40 plus range and it seems to be moving upward to the $1.50 to $1.60 range.
Nickel also is moving up, but slowly. It seems that it moves up and then has a pull back.
Nickel long range out look, when the Markets start to improve they say Nickel will trade in the 10 to 15 dollar range.
China did not stop construction but slowed down the process, they have since speeded up the construction again and buying back in the Metals Market.
With many of the big Mines either shutting down or producing less Metals, this will create a short fall on the Markets and prices will start to rise again.
This is just my thoughts and there are many other facters, from the Banks, to housing, auto makers and what ever else may come up........
Have a great nite......RL
