So I am walking down the +15 (elevated walkway in downtown) yesterday after work. This guy is sitting talking loudly on his cell phone, "No, No, spider is trading at $0.04, they are too small for you......" Perhaps the R.O.F. word is getting around to the previously uninformed retail investor. Certainly SNug's effort to move parliament onside for development can only be helpful in the long run.
