I'm pleased to hear Jim Voisin makes regular trips out to La Yesca to keep a very close eye on ongoing operations, with present focus on mill construction. This is the way that a competent manager runs a business. Trust your employees but verify. You can't run the show sitting behind a desk hundreds if not thousands of miles away and all the IR in the world won't help get the mill up and running. My initial impressions of Mr Voisin are positive in that he strikes me as a leader who has quickly taken charge and has taken management philosophy to the next level by being actively involved on the ground in moving the company forward.
