I think the environmental permit thing is well under control. Jim stated that he was design - building a plant which conforms to Canadian standards rather then Mexican standards.

Jim did state that the same regulatory approval process was required for La Yesca as what would be required for a mega-scale mine. This thorough approval process may take longer than Jim anticipates, or it may be a shoe-in based on his Canadian Standards approach.

The only (> than 6 month)wild card I can see on La Yesca is labour supply. Technical support such as the welders are coming from Guadalahara which I recall as being about an hour and a half from the mine site. Work-a-day labour may be available locally, but is there enough infrastucture and trainied personnel to run the mill on a 24hr basis? We may have to grow into this operation as plant personnel relocate closer to work.
