From Mr Lowry at UC this moring on regards to the JV between SPQ, KWG and UC. We are almost there from the sounds of it.email-- I am told that KWG and SPQ have reached an agreement and we should see something from their lawyers this week and hopefully get sign off next week. It seems that legal always takes quite some time. -
