As the post suggests there more News Releases respecting KWG and their JV activity(s) with both SPQ and FWR. The Releases I posted should provide both the basic outline of the process KWG and SPQ went through and the very cordial and professional manner the process followed as well as the well understood necessity each had clearly in mind as they conducted the planed rearrangement of their lengthy relationship. They apparently considered a number of options and eventually arrived at the current arrangement.
