Seeing as I lost the post intended to add/put to rest this issue I will simply state:

UC Resources came to the RESCUE of both KWG and SPQ in a time of very much need. That the arrangement  made with UC Resources turned into what now appears to be a "Very Sweet" arrangement for UC Resources does not change the facts of the "Arrangement" as per Letter of Intent.

KWG has also conducted their Responsabilities under the well thought out "Revision" to their long standing JV with SPQ in a like minded manner.

All the parties to all the arrangements are honorable individuals and both KWG and SPQ are very greatful for the RESCUE afforded by the UC Resources involvement in the Mc Fauld's Lake properties.
