According to minutes on SEDAR , they are entitled to grant up to TEN percent of outstsandig shares as options PER YEAR. There may be a loop hole in this clause as I am not a lawyer. Looking at the number of options granted =Dec.20_1,200,000, now Feb. 28 1,850,000. With this last group it would suggest that the Co. has 185,000,000 shares outstanding. If I am wrong I sincerely apologize. I am a long time stock holder in this Co. and believe{HOPE} that the SP does rise as I cannot afford to sell at these ridiculous low prices.229890
