Good post, Old Joe.   You said it all.  Would like to see the SP climb a little more, after it's been consolidating around the 36 to 39 range.  Into the 40's to start with would be just fine with me.  Just a matter of time, I guess before we will see it move along with the other area plays and more investors get interested in the stock.
