I am following my request for a synopsis of the state of the UC business (all Mexico and James Bay assets please)with a more specific inquiry that I hope will be addressed in the same statement from Jim regarding our ownership and rights to the 55% buy-in on the Spider-KWG large land parcel at McFauld's Lake.There has been some discussion on the Agoracom UC forum and on the Agoracom McFauld's Lake forum regarding the legal status of this option.

Specifically, the rumor is that UC is "awaiting formal/legal approval of the wording of said “options agreement” from KWG." So as it stands today, The “Options Agreement” has not been legally finalized, and is awaiting KWG’s approval"
