Thanks Jeannie.  I found it.  I was a little panicked by the ambiguity of the 55% claim UC has negotiated on a large block of land in McFauld's.  The info on the McFauld's forum seems to verify that UC has a legitimate calim to 10% but that the remainder is not ratified with KWG.  I sure wish UC would cast aside their secrecy and come forward with some news about the present state of the company and vision going forward.  I have asked for this 'State of the Business Synopsis' through AG but obviously neither you nor I have heard a peep out of Jim or the UC crowd.
