McMoney - just wanted you to know that I have a full understanding of what DCF analysis, NPV and IRR stand for, so you don't need to provide me with a 101 in accounting...actually I believe this was in 2nd year University that I studied this in.

Nonetheless, I do not profess to know as much as the rest of you on this board and my statements did state, "in the ground value" and also IMHO.

If we did take a DCF approach to this project would it not be appropriate to speculate on what kind of findings we should expect from all of UC's propreties and in what time period? I'm not a seasoned investor in minerals, so if someone could extrapalate why we are at $0.395 that would be great.  I just find that DCF analysis at this point of the game means nothing.

I haven't reviewed UC's earnings just yet, but I would assume that they have none. Does this mean that the stock should be trading at $0.00. Absolutely not! Can we really value this company on the Net Present Value approach? Not at this time. Do we know what IRR the company is using? Is it even relevant if they don't have guaranteed findings?

This company is simply a speculative play like all other Junior minig stocks. Our price is probably tied more to the findings of NOT then anything else at the moment. If you believe in NOT and you believe that UC has property in the right proximaty of NOT's finding, then this stock has great potential and should be valued higher.

La Yesca and the analysis that was provided earlier by me, may not be the exact approach to figuring out a stock price, but you have to admint that it was quite Ironic that we were priced exactly at the "value of ore while in the ground"...IMHO.

McMoney if you can prove to me mathematically why your analysis of DCF supports today's stock price then I will give you props.

Everyone should do their own DD but I for one believe this stock will be "toohottohandle" before you know it.
