I just called my broker (TD Waterhouse) and was told that UC is "HALTED" but no "CEASE TRADE" has been placed on it. Therefore, if I were to move the shares out of my RRSP, it would be valued at the last traded price ($.58), not $0.

What broker did you use to do this?
