There are a lot of management indiscretions that need to be resolved. The failure to produce cash flow from the tailings project likely contributed to the immediate need for the PP and subsequent dilution of share value. These accounting issues two years in a row are disturbing. These two issues alone place a great amount of pressure on our new leader in his very early days to set the ship straight and build a new UC that can deliver shareholder value. I hope that his high level connections and broad experience also includes a resource of financial and operational people who can be recruited to provide real and measurable results in short order. The best thing that ever happened to UC investors is this discussion board. It has provided an arena of UC accountability for folks like you and I. I hope BIG JIM reads this daily and uses it to set priorities.
