I will struggle through allllllll the other (apparently many newer posters than me  -Good sign on past interest??) posts before making a comment if at all. But given the quality of the new CEO and the lack of significant meaningful news for such a lengthy time (perhapse John Buick should be allowed to return from his Banishment  - on split second second thought forget this suggestion), I am expecting(hoping) there will be swift action to put the company on a solid foundation. That means getting it fixed fast. Any method that does not deminish getting to the exploration and development we ( I ) want to see hapening all ready. The messy stuff, if there is any can be undertaken later.

Mr. new CEO, PLEASE get the ship moving again quickly and with effect. Call in the sanitation unit later.
