I is nice to see you here, IMHO UC will be the best area play to own next to NOT. They had a large land package next to NOT, BEFORE Not hit. If You remember VB so companies said they were right next to Diamond Fields Discovery Hole, and they were only 496 KILO Meters away lol.

At Nots AGM the boys said that they had signed CA's with 6 majors, If the majors take out NOT , they will take out UC as well.
