The spin out situation could be closer than you thing. Before actually commiting on the expences of actually doing such (Legal fees/Regulatory hurdles, etc.) expect movement in Mexico development and JBL drilling. With good signs on these (either or both) then the actual spin out plans may well go into action. Any Big Miner interests will only want properties in the one area of their focus. The other(s) areas will then be able to move on with what ever their promise/potential  may be.
