Dear shareholder,

Thank you for your inquiry. Each Unit will consist of one flow-through common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one Common Share (non flow-through) of the Corporation at an exercise price of $0.30 for a period of twenty-four months.
